At BuySellMyApp.com, we strive to ensure every buyer is satisfied with their purchase. Because we sell digital products (mobile app and game source code), all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Item Not as Described: The source code is significantly different from what was described in the listing, including missing features, wrong platform (e.g., listed as iOS but provided Android), or the wrong programming language.
  • Non-Functional Code: The source code does not compile or run as described in the listing, and the seller is unable or unwilling to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Missing Files: The download package is incomplete and missing critical files necessary to build and run the application, and the seller does not provide the missing files after being contacted.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice. In this case, the duplicate purchase will be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You lack the technical skill to use, modify, or customize the source code
  • The source code works as described, but does not meet your personal expectations
  • You have already used, published, or resold the source code (in whole or in part)
  • Issues caused by your own modifications to the source code
  • Incompatibility with newer SDK versions, libraries, or tools released after the listing date, unless the seller explicitly promised compatibility
  • You did not contact the seller first to resolve the issue

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the Seller First: Reach out to the seller through the platform messaging system to try to resolve the issue. Many problems can be fixed with the seller's assistance.
  2. Open a Dispute: If the seller is unresponsive or unable to resolve the issue within 7 days, open a dispute through your account dashboard.
  3. Provide Evidence: Include screenshots, error logs, or other documentation that supports your refund claim.
  4. Review Period: Our team will review the dispute within 5-7 business days and make a determination.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Seller Disputes

If you are a seller and disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with additional evidence within 7 days of the ruling.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests from users who we determine are abusing the refund process. This includes, but is not limited to, users who repeatedly purchase and request refunds, or who download and use source code before requesting a refund.
