This page explains the license terms that apply to all items purchased on BuySellMyApp.com. Every purchase grants an Unlimited Usage License.

1. Unlimited Usage License

When you purchase an item on BuySellMyApp.com, you receive an Unlimited Usage License that grants you the following rights:

What You Can Do:

• Use the source code for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify, adapt, and customize the source code to suit your needs
• Rebrand the app or game with your own name, logo, and assets
• Publish the finished app on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or any other app marketplace
• Use the source code to create apps for your clients (freelance/agency use)
• Earn revenue from apps built using the purchased source code (ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions)

What You Cannot Do:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the original source code files with any third party
• Upload the source code (or a substantially unmodified version) to any other marketplace or code-sharing platform
• Claim ownership of the original, unmodified source code
• Use the source code in a way that competes with the original item on BuySellMyApp.com
• Sub-license or transfer the license to another person or entity

2. One License Per Purchase

Each purchase of an item grants one Unlimited Usage License to the buyer. If multiple people or entities need to use the same source code independently, each must purchase their own license.

3. Support and Updates

Support and updates are at the discretion of the seller. Some items may include a support period, which can be extended through the platform. Check the item listing for details on available support.

4. Third-Party Components

Some items may include third-party libraries, APIs, or assets that are subject to their own license terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to review and comply with any third-party license requirements noted in the item documentation.

5. Refunds and License Revocation

If a refund is granted for a purchase, the associated license is automatically revoked. You must cease using the source code and delete all copies from your devices and any published applications.
